There is where it all goes down. Sitting on the floor eating all kinds of Japanese food and binge drinking until you are no longer able to speak. What differentiates this from a Western, pub-style bar is that you typically sit with only people you know, which does not make it conducive to mingling or meeting new people. Sorry, you'll have to save your pick-up lines for the hotel lounge.
